Refund policy
Every Investables.ai payment is final once taken. This page lists the few cases where we do send money back, and explains renewals and cancelling. In force from October 14, 2026.
You pay for a period of research access
Analyst, Pro, Team and Enterprise are subscriptions billed monthly or yearly. Each period opens your full monthly allowance of research cards and every feature of your plan on its first day. The fee covers that access, not the number of cards you end up running, so the charge for a period is earned as soon as the period begins.
The pricing page sets out the card allowance and features of each plan before you pay. When you start a subscription you ask us to begin providing the service immediately, and you accept that any statutory right to withdraw or cooling-off period ends once the service has begun.
We do not refund for these reasons
- You stopped researching, changed your investing approach or no longer need the tool.
- You used few or none of the research cards included in the period.
- You disagree with a thesis, a bull or bear case, a metric or a risk flag on a card. Cards are AI-generated summaries of public information, they can be incomplete or wrong, and they are not investment advice.
- An investment you researched lost money. Investables.ai is a research aid, and the decisions are yours.
- A ticker, asset or private company has thin public data, so its card is shorter than you expected.
- The subscription renewed because you did not cancel in time, or you cancelled shortly after a renewal.
- A renewal was collected after one or more failed attempts.
- You expected a one-off payment. Every plan renews, which the pricing page, the checkout and your confirmation email all state.
- You chose a larger plan, more seats or a longer term than you needed.
- A capability you wanted is not listed for your plan on the pricing page.
- Days left in a period after you cancel. We do not pro-rate.
- Use of your account by someone else, including a person you shared your login with.
When we do return a payment
Only these three situations qualify, each one only where our records and the transaction record bear it out, and only up to the amount of the affected charge.
- Charged twice. A billing fault on our side took payment for the same period more than once.
- Charge you did not authorise. Your card was used without your consent, you report it to us within 14 days of the charge, and the records confirm it. We may ask you to confirm that you have reported the misuse to the bank that issued the card.
- Service completely down. A confirmed fault on our side left Investables.ai entirely unusable for a continuous period, you told us while it was happening, and we did not resolve it. Slower card generation, a single feature misbehaving and problems with your own device, browser or connection are not covered.
A granted refund is limited to what you paid for the affected period, is returned only to the card that was charged, and is our entire liability for that charge. It does not entitle you to further refunds.
Requesting a refund
Write to support@investables.ai from the email address on your account, no later than 14 days after the charge. Include the charge date, the amount and which of the three cases above applies. Requests made later or from a different address are not considered, and decided requests are not reopened.
If a charge looks wrong, contact us before your bank. Filing a chargeback without first raising it with us breaches our terms of service and leads to permanent closure of the account.
Cancelling and renewals
You can cancel at any time from the billing section of your account, with no email needed. From that moment no further renewal is charged, and your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. A cancellation is not a refund request.
Until you cancel, the subscription renews by itself. At the start of each new period your access is granted and the fee falls due. If the card is declined, the amount stays owed and our payment operator retries it over the next days; a retry collects that same open invoice and is not a second charge. Cancelling while retries are under way stops later renewals but does not cancel the invoice for the period that has already begun. To avoid a renewal, cancel before the renewal date shown in your account.
Records we rely on
The checkout shows the plan, the price, the billing period and the automatic renewal before any payment, and your confirmation email and account repeat them. Creating an account means accepting our terms of service, which include this policy and our privacy policy.
For each subscription we keep the purchase time, the plan and price shown at checkout, your acceptance of the terms, the emails sent to you, renewal notices and an activity log of the account, including sign-ins and research cards generated. Our payment operator holds its own record of every transaction, including the card's issuing country, where the payment was made from and the result of bank authentication such as 3D Secure. Claims are checked against these records, and they are what we send to your bank if a chargeback is opened.
Subscriptions bought before this policy
A subscription purchased before October 14, 2026 keeps the terms that applied on its purchase date until its current period ends.
