Acceptance of these terms

By using investables.ai or signing up for Investables.ai, you agree to these terms of service. If you are acting on behalf of an organization, you agree on its behalf and confirm you are authorized to do so. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

What Investables.ai is

Investables.ai is an AI investment research platform. You enter a ticker or asset, such as a stock, ETF, crypto token or private company, and it synthesises public information into a structured research card with the thesis, the bull and bear case, the key metrics, the comparables and the risk flags. It is built to make your own diligence faster.

The service supports your own research. You remain responsible for your own investment decisions and for verifying any information before you act on it. The service always presents both sides of a thesis and never tells you what to buy or sell.

We are not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, or financial planner, and using the service does not create any advisory or fiduciary relationship. The service does not execute trades, place orders, move funds, or connect to your brokerage or financial accounts.

Research cards and any figures, summaries, comparisons or sample output are illustrative and may be incomplete or inaccurate. Always verify against primary sources and consider seeking advice from a licensed financial professional before making any investment decision.

All investing involves risk, including the possible loss of principal. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions and their outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any investment loss or other harm arising from your use of, or reliance on, the service.

Eligibility and your responsibilities

You must be of legal age to enter into a contract in your jurisdiction to use the service. You are responsible for using the service in line with all laws that apply to you, including securities laws. You agree to provide accurate information and to use the service only for your own lawful research. You are responsible for reviewing the output and for the way you act on it.

Acceptable use

Investables.ai is intended for legitimate research use. You agree to use the service responsibly and to comply with all applicable laws, professional standards and codes of conduct.

You agree not to use the service to:

• Present its output as personalized financial advice, or redistribute it as a recommendation to others.
• Submit data you do not have the right to use, or that infringes someone else's rights.
• Send sensitive financial or account records through this marketing website, which is not built to receive them.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the service or circumvent its limits.
• Resell or redistribute the service except under a written agreement with us.

You are responsible for how you use the output.

Your content and data

As between you and us, you keep all rights to the inputs you submit and to the outputs you receive. You grant us only the limited permission needed to provide the service to you. As described in our privacy policy, this website does not connect to your brokerage or process your trades, holdings or account data.

Accounts and access

You must provide accurate information when you sign up and keep any credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account or access has been used without your permission.

Plans, billing and refunds

Investables.ai is offered on paid plans, billed as a flat subscription fee with no free tier and no percentage of anything you invest. All prices and charges are in US dollars. Subscriptions renew automatically, monthly or yearly depending on the term you choose, until cancelled in line with your plan. Except where required by law or stated in your plan, payments are non-refundable.

Service availability

We work to keep Investables.ai available and performing well, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, change or temporarily suspend features to maintain and improve the service.

Intellectual property

Investables.ai, including its software, models, interface, content and brand, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service in accordance with these terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works from the service except as expressly permitted. The names of other companies and products referenced on this site are used for identification only and remain the property of their respective owners.

Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service or any research card is error-free, complete, or accurate, and we do not warrant any investment outcome. The output is informational only and is not financial advice. Figures and sample output shown on this site are illustrative, not guarantees.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Investables.ai and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or use the service in a way that risks harm to others or the platform.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. When we make material changes we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law
